I love the idea of you Snickers cupcake. A couple of things that “should” stop them from sinking to the bottom. 1)Instead of one piece put 2 smaller pieces. 2)Lightly dust the Snickers pieces in flour. Flour helps to keep chocolate chips and such from sinking.
